David Long

Chief Investment Officer

David holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Martello Asset Management Limited and its parent company Capital International Group. Overseeing product development, he is the driving force for innovation and is highly experienced in managing client wealth. Before joining Capital International Group, David worked at Mercury Asset Management Limited where he managed bond portfolios and the asset allocation for over $1.5 billion of client assets, including eight unit trusts and reached the rank of Vice President in 2001. The following year he became Head of Investment Management at Capital International Group and was later appointed Group Chief Investment Officer in 2008. David is a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Chartered Fellow of CISI.
