Shane De La Haye

Portfolio Manager

Shane joined Capital International (Jersey) Limited (formerly Martello Asset Management Limited) in 2023 as a portfolio manager. A member of the Investment Committee, he plays a key role in support of our investment process primarily through stock selection and research. He works alongside the CIO in managing segregated portfolios and the Martello Global Equity Fund.

He brings a broad base of knowledge of investment markets, stock selection and analysis to the role.   His previous experience includes five years with Ashburton Investments (Jersey) as a research analyst and assistant fund manager. He holds the IMC and PCIAM investment qualifications.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys keeping fit and travelling the world when he can.
