Peter Bourne

Chief Operating Officer

Peter is a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Martello Asset Management. He joined in June 2019 at the launch of the company.  He chairs the Management and Risk Committees and oversees the governance and compliance functions in the business.

He has extensive investment management experience with particular focus on the areas of investment governance and process. Peter was previously Managing Director of Ashburton Investments (Jersey). Prior to that, he headed up a successful portfolio management business for a leading South African private bank in Johannesburg.

He is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Securities & Investment (UK) and holds the Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. He is a member of the Jersey Compliance Officers Association.

Outside of work,  Peter is a regular social runner, enjoying an active lifestyle and lots of travel.
